GOG.com have announced their intention to support Linux games, saying that they hope to add more Linux-compatible titles within the next few months.
It comes as good news for those of you out there who’re heavily against DRM. GOG have a reputation as the biggest retailer against DRM, with Linux sharing the same reputation for operating systems.
The announcement coincides with Valve’s upcoming SteamOS, which will draw heavily from Linux. Given Valve and now GOG’s recent support for Linux, it furthers the possibility that the OS will become the PC gaming ‘go-to’ operating system in the future.
