ARMA III’s long awaited third and final episode ‘Win’ is set to release on the 20th of March.
Players are once again given control of infantryman Ben Kerry and his ill-fated peacekeeping mission. The contentious decision to split ARMA’s campaign into three parts frustrated many players. By the time Win arrives in March, it’ll have been seven months since the game officially released.
As well as the conclusion of the story, Win adds three new vehicles to the fray. Two new aircraft in the forms of the A-164 Wipeout and To-199 Neophron swoop into action, as well as the anti-mine truck Tempest.
Creative director Jay Crowe said:
“The final installment of our campaign gives players the chance to experience combat on a larger scale than we’ve seen so far. Tactical freedom – together with big, combined arms engagements – is at the heart of episode 3’s gameplay, as we follow Ben Kerry’s story to its conclusion.”
